Bhubhaneswar the capital city of orissa and also called temple city. Puri Jaganath temple is 25 kms from here and Konark sun temple the place to visit.The great Ashoka fought his only war against kalinga near here only. Jatli a small king fought against british like our own veerabandia kattabomman , a small town named after him. I worked here as site incharge for three years doing water proofing works. Normally the people of orissa are good but some people make money by black mailing the people from other states. What i tell you if you want to go to orrisa please make proper arrangement to stay there and also for south indian food . I have so many friends there and they helped me when ever i needed help.

Srirangam is my home town where we enjoyed our school and college life . Lot of festivals being celebrated there with fun, Sri jayanthi the birth day of Lord krishna is one of the few festivals we all enjoy most. A week before we start our preparation by collecting money from the people saying Srijayanthikku kasu that means give paise for srijayanthi we even collect from foreigners by saying all krishna's birth day coming one day that day this day Srijayanthikku paise using hundi. After collections we buy color papers,bamboos for making sapparams. One who knows how to make sapparam is the hero he need not go for collection and he won't go also. After making sapparam [ chariot like] we put one Lord Krishna's photo inside . On the Srijayanthi day we drag the sapparam on the street and again collect money from people . once the festival is over we share the money and enjoy by going to cinema, hotels and all.
